Gourmet hot dogs made with quality South Devon sausages
I have recently set up my business selling gourmet hotdogs. So far I have only done one market in Totnes. The sausages are produced by Rare & Pasture a local company in South Hams near Ugborough, they are very high quality and use regeneratively farmed beef and outdoor bred pork. I make the toppings to accompany the hotdogs myself, such as gherkin relish, crispy fried onions, pickled vegetables and cheese sauce. I also have vegetarian, vegan, and dairy free options.
