Rare breed meats in artisan bread with eco packaging
We specialise in rare breed meats, salt marsh lamb, hunted wild boar and venison, crown beef and a seasonal special. We also have vegetarian and vegan options. These are all served in artisan bread with handmade coleslaw and baby leaf salad.
The farmers we source our meat from and how their animals are bred and raised, are very important to us. All our meats are Red Tractor and RSPCA affiliated. We believe animals should be grown slowly; not force fed or given growth enhancers. Ensuring the animals have been raised to the highest standard gives us confidence and pride in our base product.
We are a big believer in family run businesses and use locally sourced ingredients where possible. All our produce are nut and gluten free, and we have always championed environmentally friendly products. We have always had a no plastic policy - all packaging is 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
